Body Paragraph
Your homework this week is to write a body paragraph for a hypothetical essay discussing the role of the witches in the play. You will want to rough out a direction and thesis statement to organize your thoughts and plan your course of action. Be sure you have a topic sentence related directly to the direction and thesis. Make a strong statement (point). Provide two pieces of evidence. Remember a quote does not necessarily equal evidence and evidence does not necessarily equal a quote. Your final sentence should serve to conclude and transition.
act 5 finale!
In class you finished reading this cursed play! Well done! Your group was assigned a scene (or two) to summarize and share your findings of important quotes, significant plot points, etc. with the rest of the class. This minor presentations will take place on Wednesday after 10-15 minutes of time set aside to re-group and organize your final thoughts!
Looking forward to Wednesday!
